Boys & Girls Club Participates in "National Lemonade Day" - Receives Boost From Del Papa

Salvation Army Boys & Girls Club member, Taylor Smith, participated recently in National Lemonade Day, a program aimed at introducing kids to entrepreneurship. Taylor raised over $50 by setting up a lemonade stand after-school at the Boys & Girls Club selling regular and frozen lemonade to her fellow Club members. Taylor pocketed all her profits and the Club received a $2,500 check from Del Papa Distributing Company for their support of this program. All area Boys & Girls Club (Houston, Galveston, Beaumont) received a check from Del Papa if they got one or more of their members to participate.
